MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 16 YEARS

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

Please note that cancellations without penalty (if made outside the time periods outlined below) will only be accepted and valid, when acknowledged in writing by the reservations department.
1.
If between 30 and 15 days before the day of arrival, a reservation is cancelled or the number of nights and/or rooms reduced, then 50% of the total price will be charged.
2.
If between 14 and 8 days before the day of arrival, a reservation is cancelled or the number of nights and/or rooms reduced, then 75% of the total price will be charged.
3.
If between 7 and 3 days before the day of arrival, a reservation is cancelled or the number of nights and/or rooms reduced, then 100% of the total price will be charged.
4.
If between 48 hours before the day of arrival, a reservation is cancelled or the number of nights and/or rooms reduced, then 100% of the total price will be charged.
